The Direction du Numérique (DNum) at UPHF offers an Electronic Document Management (EDM) service, which provides a repository for digital documents. The EDM thus participates in collaboration and information exchange processes within the establishment, and supports other services (see examples below).
It implements functionalities for acquiring, indexing, managing (filing, modifying, updating, deleting, life cycle, versioning), sharing, accessing (browsing, searching) and distributing documents.
It works thanks to:
- Secure workspaces dedicated to identified user groups
- Controlled, centralized document distribution according to :
- More or less restricted predefined perimeters (internet, intranet...)
- Different distribution vectors (GED itself, ENT, websites)
