The UPHF and the INSA Hdf have joined the MATINFO purchasing group to obtain computer hardware and equip its agents.
To make a request, users must go through the DNum by sending an email to marche-micro@uphf.fr.
Requests are centralized via this address so that a technician can easily be assigned to each requirement.

A document to be completed, accessible via the intranet in the Marchés Publics section, must be attached to the email to best explain the request.
We will contact you if necessary to advise you or refine your choice and thus draw up a precise quotation.

The quotation will then need to be transferred to the manager and his finance department to create the purchase order as quickly as possible in order to respect the validity of the quotation as well as its current version of BPU.
The latter changes approximately every 2 to 3 months, depending on changes in the manufacturer's catalog and pricing.

Once the order form has been created and signed, simply send it to the DNum (marche-micro@uphf.fr) to place the order directly online.

 

Attention

The market for the purchase of a printer is no longer relevant following the introduction of copiers that guarantee secure and less costly printing.
Nevertheless, if you have a particular request, you can send it to the same address, and you will receive a questionnaire in return, which will enable us to validate your request or not.
