Organizing training using the Competency-Based Approach (CBA)

The implementation of a competency-based approach fosters strategic thinking and collaborative dynamics within the teaching team on the organization of a course. It also enables a structured learning experience for students.
Today, this approach is strongly encouraged by institutions, and is the natural way for a course to enter the Prélude project.
This workshop will be an opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the principles underlying this approach and its vocabulary through an original approach.
