In this workshop, we'll look at an approach that promotes the professional development of teachers and teacher-researchers through the implementation of diversified pedagogical strategies. This approach, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), is part of a research rationale to enable us to enhance the value of our pedagogical initiatives within the higher education community by evaluating their impact in a rigorous and documented manner.
