[NEW] Audacity to create an audio resource

Audacity makes it easy to record and edit sound on multiple tracks.
It's the ideal tool for working with audio files, such as podcasts.
Even if all disciplines are likely to use sound resources, foreign languages are a privileged field: having your students repeat sounds, communicating a resource for oral comprehension... are all examples of how to use these sound files.
