This tool is intended for staff members who would like to change positions within the UPHF.
You can consult the list of vacant positions to find out about the possibilities.

Then all you have to do is fill in the three boxes on the form, formulating your wishes for your future position, your current activities and, finally, your skills.
The tool will then reward you for your efforts. The tool will then provide you with a document to print out and submit to your line manager for approval before sending to the Human Resources Department - Pôle BIATSS - Mme PROCUREUR (even in the event of an unfavorable opinion).
