Organizing training using the Competency-Based Approach (CBA)

The implementation of a competency-based approach fosters strategic thinking and a collaborative dynamic on the organization of a course within the educational team. It also enables a structured learning experience for students. Today, this approach is strongly encouraged by institutions, and is the natural way for a course to enter the Prélude project.
