Evento, the meeting planning service, lets you easily create surveys to ensure everyone's availability.
Like a Doodle, you can suggest:
- dates
- periods
- or even write your own choices.
Participation in these surveys can also be limited to UPHF members and by invitation only.
One of the special features of this tool is the ability to import your UPHF calendar.
This means you can check at any time that the time slots you propose do not conflict with your own schedule.
The reverse is also possible: by importing your Evento calendar into the Zimbra messaging tool, the events in which you are participating go straight to your calendar.
USE CASES
You want to organize an event and you want to find the date that will best suit all your participants.
You want to set up an event, but you have several different proposals to put to your future participants.
